brazil:Gay couple is allowed to take baby in Mines

The Justice of Minas Gerais granted by unanimous vote, to adopt a baby for a gay couple. The decision was announced today. The adoption by the two women had been allowed in the first instance, but prosecutors appealed claiming, among other arguments, that the adoption of the child by homosexuals could lead you to future constraints.
Appeal that decision yet, but if there is no change in the decision, the partners will register the baby. The child, in fact, is already with them almost since birth. In the process, it was proved that the biological mother is unable to care for the baby, nor interest in doing it, just like her grandmother.
The judges of the 1st Civil Chamber of Belo Horizonte justifying its decision on constitutional principles and the recent decision of the Supreme Court (STF), which equated the rights of homosexuals to heterosexuals, considering the union as a more family units.
