Teen robber surrenders to arts martial in Belo Horizonte (MG) I suspect simulated a weapon using a tap hidden under clothing

The student Pedro Henrique Marques, 16, was almost surprised by a burglar on Friday (6), when leaving the college where he studied in south-central region of Belo Horizonte (MG). But the unexpected happened and the villain is it took a great fright. The teenager responded, imposed martial arts moves and pinned the assailant until the arrival of military police vehicles. The information is from Today on Day.

The boy left the school, located on Avenida Brazil, and went to a show that is a few meters from the school to buy flowers for his girlfriend. He wanted to celebrate by having resumed dating. After choosing a bouquet, a man approached her pretending to be armed, wearing a shirt underneath the faucet, and announced the robbery.

The teenager did not think twice, gave him a punch in the face and, seeing that the man fell on him and was immobilized. The action was seen by dozens of people passing by and called the police. According to the boy, the man came and what time it was announced the robbery.

- Everything was very fast. It was almost by instinct and not thought to react if he was actually armed.
The "instinct" is not by chance. Peter knows many martial arts moves, because he practiced karate for eight years and three jiu-jitsu. But he said that was the first time I went through that situation. The student suffered only minor bruises in the knee. According to Sergeant Moreira, 1st Military Police Battalion, responsible for the occurrence, despite the success, that should not serve as an example. - Even though the boy know how to use martial arts techniques, he also had the luck. The suspect said he was armed and, if true, would not know what really happened. One should not react to assaults and even get in a fight with the attackers. This time the victim, who is so young, was successful, which is something rare.

The suspect suffered bruises on his head and arms and was taken to the emergency care unit in South Central. After receiving medical attention, was referred to the police station.Eugênio Moraes/ Hoje em Dia
